D.Gray-Man

Information Type: TV Episodes: 103 Status: Finished Airing Aired: Oct 3, 2006 to Sep 30, 2008 -------------------------------------------------------------------------- (I am not gonna describe the whole plot, wiki it ,I got better things to do then describe that!) Since I am still pretty much free to waste my time,I decided to watch this anime.I really didn't want to start this, considering the fact that this is shonen and well we all know how shonen anime end up!!..but after an overdose of shoujo and visual novel adaptions I had to take a chance with this one!..Ok so DGM starts of just like old school shonen, but unlike other shitty series DGM pretty much retains the fun and interest right till the end!!...Oh yes, you read right it's better than all the shonen crap out there. So what makes DGM different???....Well after watching the series the Story line and the character development is what sets apart DGM...Of course we do some episodes which are whole lot worse t...

3 idiots is Idiotic!

I must say that I am not a big fan of Hindi movies,I usually see at the most 3-4 of them in a year.I saw 3 idiots because everyone here seems to be talking about the movie.I said to myself "This might be good"....and boy was I wrong!!! 3 idiots is loosely based on the best selling novel '5 point someone' written by Chetan Bhagat. But I must say the movie is nowhere near to the great piece of work the book was ,So what went wrong? The movie starts of well, lots of humor in the 1st half and towards the interval you would probably be wanting more..But Alas! The movie slides into total chaos and I was left banging my head on the seat!Impossible things start happening in the 2nd half and I was finding it hard to laugh at comic moments or cry at the emo part.....We have students commiting suicide at every whim(wtf??is that a college or suicide factory!)..and we have 1st year students doing Major projects! And how can we forget a baby being born with a Vacum cleaner!...The list ...

Galileo

Main Cast Fukuyama Masaharu Shibasaki Kou Year Aired: 2007 Genre: Detective, Mystery Episodes: 10 I have been pretty much bored over the past few days so I tried this drama out of pure boredom. And I must say this was quite the interesting shit I have seen in a while.Galileo is different from other j-dramas which tend to emphasise more on the dramatical part and less on the story line.Galileo does not do that,it remains itself attached to the story and rarely deviates to the emo part which I must say is the thing that kills of most j-dramas.The story is mostly about a rookie detective and a university professor as the solve mysteries together. The cases in the series is very differrent from what we are used to seeing as each episode presents a strange crime which would otherwise be impossible to solve. Some might say that after seeing the series,"hey, this is just like Numb3rs".Numb3rs is a crap series which I frankly think would make even a Elementary schooler laugh.Gali...

Code Geass-a collab review by ChildOfHate and CreedOfDeath

Review By CreedofDeath and Childofhate Ok, firstly, a little heads up. This isn't a solo review. Me and CreedOfDeath collaborated on this one. Most of the critical comments are by me, while he does the fan/fanboi commentary. So, if you think that this article/review is bad in anyway, feel free to kill him! Now that, that's outta the way, lets begin. Code Geass is a SunRise Production and its a wholly original anime with no manga background and features one of the most charismatic and vengeful characters in anime history, aka Lelouch Vie Britannia. Any discussion about Code Geass usually involves pitting Zero aka Lelouch against Yagami Light, consequently leading to flame wars on many anime forums. But, here I wont compare them, though I'll definitely differentiate between them. Light in Death Note was shown to be a character who wasted (pun unintended) anyone, including his own family for the sake of a better world, but Lelouch on the other hand wastes the whole worl...

Ahhh Exams...

Well It's that time of the year again when you have to start acting gay.The Examinations! Not that I really expect it to be bigger, better or worse than before. It's just that the thing is annoying like hell and when you are at the Crossroads of your life, you tend to act more uneasy and vulnerable to the all the pressure that mounts up on you during the couple of weeks of exams.Usually least bothered about stuff like exams,I'v been pushed to take this seriously because of the fact that my career is at stake and FUCK!!.I need to graduate for peace's sake!!On a flipsyde I should be visiting Bombay in a few days time from now..:P 2010 is coming and let's hope this year is not as lame as last! AMEN!

Too much anime!

So I started off the fall of 09,with the plan of watching 12 different anime...yeah 12!!I don't know what came over me but,all of I sudden I said to myelf "I should watch atleast a dozen this season".And my decision coming under the height of passive retardness cost me!!...Things were ok during the first month or so,then it kinda became difficult and I started lagging behind...I am still lagging behind and FUCK! and I don't know when I will complete it!..Lesson,"Never watch too much anime ,it's for your own good!!

Luna sea

A decent j-rock band I came across recently.I must first mention that my exposure to j-rock is limited and the ones I have listened to earlier are mostly anime OST's.Luna sea changes all that.Listening to a band from the 90's isn't what I had really expected, but I am a sucker for the sound luna sea produced especially the song 'gravity',which had that progressive rock feeling(which I am more of a sucker for)(Btw their songs are mostly post grunge except for gravity) here' the MV to Gravity btw...
