The new episodes of the 2nd "season" of Haruhi Suzumiya aired in chronological order along with the re-airing of The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya 2006 in what is called according to Kyoto Animation: The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya 2009

Back in 2007 when I started watching the first season of Haruhi suzumiya ,I immedeatly fell in love with the series.The series was very addictive and the characters were very likable.I waited patiently for the new season for a year and
a half,and when the new season finally started airing in May this year I was really very exited.The season started off well with first 2 episodes living upto my expectations,but then the series entered an endless loop of the endless eight arc.
Why am I so upset??Simply speaking episodes 2,3,4,5,6 are all the same!!No I am not joking!!They are the same,down to the last detail,with very few minor differences among the episodes.Our gang seem to have entered into a time loop in which the last 2 weeks of the summer holidays are being repeated again and again and again!!

The only way out is that Haruhi helps Kyon with his summer homework,which he always gives up on towards the end of each episode!!

(He is never gonna do his homework is he??)

I have more or less given up watching Haruhi suzumiya and I do not intend to continue unless the endless eight arc ends(I would prefer watching Naruto and Bleach Fillers!).Looking at it this way if you subtract the endless eight arc from the 14 new episodes that are to air,then you would get only 6 new episodes!!yeah great I waited nearly 2 years just to watch 6 new episodes of Harihi,Good Job Kyoto Animation.You Guys have more than just lived up to my expectations!

Kolkata Anime Club(KAC)

The 12th of December saw the Birth of the first official anime club of Kolkata.After nearly a month of haggling with the dates on Facebook,we finally managed to choose a date to have our first meet.Many had decided to attend,but some pulled out later with the Facebook event page showed only 7 people attending!Nevertheless we decided to carry on on hold the meet as scheduled.The meet was held on a lazy sunday afternoon at a well known mall Kolkata i.e South City.I arrived there a good half an hour early and made my way to the food court where the meet was supposed to be held.After a bit of searching ,I found the KAC members seated near the KFC outlet.Our club president Nia(Nyaa~Chan as we fondly call her ^_^),was the first to recognise me and I soon enough I found myself seated among a small and dedicated otakuish group.10 mins later and after the arrival of a few more members we started off our meet dot on time.."Introductions Please" ,as Nia said,and I was the first one to ...
